At Boatsverse, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns, exchanges, or replacements for unused items.
How to Replace, Exchange, or Return an Item
Replacements: Replacements for the same item are allowed if the original receipt or order number, along with the jewelry item(s), is returned within 90 days of the ship date on your invoice.
Exchanges: Exchanges for a different item are allowed if the original receipt or order number, along with the jewelry item(s), is returned within 60 days of the ship date on your invoice.
Refunds: Refunds are allowed if the original receipt or order number, along with the jewelry item(s), is returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice.

Return Postage

Boatsverse will cover return postage in the following cases:
The item is defective.
The item was damaged during shipping.
The incorrect item was sent.
If you are returning an item because you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, a $5.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or charged to your card for the replacement.
