These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to your purchase of products from Boatsverse and to your use of the website www.boatsverse.com. By placing an order and/or accepting delivery of products, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Orders placed on our website do not constitute a legal contract until Boatsverse ships the product. Payment must be received by Boatsverse before your order is accepted. Payment can be made by credit card, wire transfer, or other approved methods. If payment is made by credit card, the order is subject to credit card verification procedures. Boatsverse reserves the right to cancel orders if they do not meet verification standards.

Boatsverse is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors. All prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

You are responsible for determining and paying applicable taxes, fees, or service charges resulting from a transaction. Boatsverse is not responsible for collecting or remitting these taxes or fees on your behalf.

Shipping and handling charges are additional unless expressly stated at the time of purchase. Title to products passes to you upon shipment from Boatsverse's facility. Boatsverse is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if you select the carrier.

If the shipment arrives damaged, please inspect the package at the time of delivery and note the damages on the carrier’s paperwork. Notify Boatsverse within 5 days of receiving your order for assistance with any missing, wrong, or damaged items.

Boatsverse products are handcrafted, meaning slight variations in color, size, and design may occur. Each piece is unique, and no two are exactly alike, adding to the charm of our jewelry.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges for unused items:

Replacements: Allowed within 90 days of the ship date.

Exchanges: Allowed within 60 days of the ship date for a different item.

Refunds: Allowed within 30 days of the ship date.

Please contact [email protected] to initiate your return or exchange. Boatsverse will cover return postage for defective items, damaged items, or items sent in error. Customers are responsible for postage costs if they ordered the wrong item or changed their mind.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Lost items or those damaged due to normal wear and tear are not covered under our return policy.

Boatsverse is committed to the safety of children. Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use this website.

Boatsverse disclaims all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Boatsverse is not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.

In any case, Boatsverse's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any claims or disputes arising from this Agreement must be resolved in accordance with applicable laws within the jurisdiction of Boatsverse.

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and images on www.boatsverse.com, is the property of Boatsverse and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

If any provision of these terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
